Coach Joe

Joe is originally from Long Island, NY. He spent about 11 years in Tennessee where he found and fell in love with CrossFit and now spends almost every waking hour in the gym at Tarheel CrossFit. Joe has been around sports and the competitive atmosphere his entire life and is also a Division 1 NCAA baseball umpire.

Joe has a passion for helping people see that it  is possible do anything they put their mind to. Joe is a firm believer in doing the work and finding the results you have earned. He also knows this is always a bit easier with the help of community and people to push you along the way and that is what he truly loves to be a part of.
