Coach Amy

Amy is originally from Florida, and loves all things outdoors. She has coached CrossFit since 2022 and has a passion for helping people get more fit. She has also coached soccer with kids and adults of all ages and kid’s basketball.

Amy has dabbled in Martial Arts (namely Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Army Combatives—level 2 instructor), grew up playing soccer even earning a soccer scholarship in college as a goalie, but found CrossFit in Kuwait and was hooked. She learned she had a knack for it and started winning competitions, but most of all she enjoyed the community aspect of it. CrossFit provides a solid base of fitness for every athletic event she wants to do (e.g. triathlons, obstacle course races, hiking, biking, surfing, free diving, etc.). CrossFit plus a little specialized training has enabled her to place in the top 10 in several triathlons and long-runs.

Amy has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness and life goals. She believes that having fun is a huge component of reaching fitness goals. You can see this in her spunky and personal style of coaching.
